This palace, built in the late 19th century, perfectly blends European influences with traditional Ottoman design, reflecting a unique era of cultural fusion.

As you wander through its richly decorated rooms, you will be captivated by intricate woodwork, splendid crystal chandeliers, and hand-painted ceilings that reveal the artistic mastery of the period. The palace served not only as a summer retreat for royalty but also as a guesthouse for visiting dignitaries, including emperors and presidents, who admired its elegance and strategic location overlooking the Bosphorus Strait.

Itself is gorgeous, and the views of the Bosphorus are breathtaking. A short but perfect visit for anyone in the area. Would love to come back when it’s fully restored!

The place is well maintained, but I expected a bit more. It was nice to visit, but some areas felt lacking in terms of exhibits and details. Still, it’s worth seeing if you’re in the area.

The palace is quite small, and we visited during its renovation, so it wasn’t in its full glory. Even so, it was still a pleasant and interesting visit, and we appreciated the effort being put into its restoration.

The visit was really enjoyable. Although it was a bit of a drive from our hotel, it was definitely worth it. We were impressed with the reasonable price – it felt like great value for money, especially when compared to other attractions that cost much more. While it's a shame you're not allowed to take photos inside the castle, it's understandable. The good news is that there are plenty of stunning photo opportunities outside, particularly on a sunny day. In summary, it's a beautiful and charming place with a wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in history and beautiful architecture!

We had tickets for the audio guide, but unfortunately, we weren’t able to use them as they couldn’t provide us with any. It was a bit disappointing, but the visit itself was still enjoyable.

This is truly magnificent and offers a peaceful escape from the busy city life of Istanbul. We took the ferry across the Bosphorus, which was a lovely way to reach it, and enjoyed a short walk to the palace. It's definitely a hidden gem worth discovering!

Only part of the house was open during our visit, but this wasn't mentioned when we booked, which was a bit disappointing. Also, I don't understand why photography isn’t allowed in certain areas some people ignored the rules and took photos anyway, though sometimes they were told off. Despite this, the place itself was very lovely.

The tour was fantastic, even though it was self-guided with an audio guide. It was a great alternative to the crowded Topkapi Palace. We got to explore many rooms, admire the furniture, and see beautiful vases. The gardens were also stunning. Plus, there were no long lines to wait in! On the Asian side, there are also plenty of other amazing sights like mosques, the TV tower, and charming wooden houses.

This is a lovely trip, and it’s reasonably priced, especially compared to places like Dolmabahce and Topkapi. It’s a good spot if you want to experience history without the hefty price tag.
