From Istanbul: Sapanca & Masukiye Tour with Cable Car

You're essentially paying just for transportation. Many additional activities were offered along the way, but they came with extra costs and weren’t clearly mentioned beforehand. We made several unplanned stops, and there were no actual visits to notable places. If you choose not to join the extra activities, you end up waiting around for most of the day. Overall, it felt misleading, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

This was by far the most enjoyable trip I’ve had in Turkey. I’d definitely recommend it every part of the day was fantastic. What really stood out was our tour guide, Abble, who made the experience truly memorable. There were plenty of activities to take part in, with animals, scenic lakes, and beautiful natural surroundings to explore.

We spent the first four hours of the day just in transit. All the activities required additional payment, and we had to miss a few because card payments weren’t accepted. While the places we visited were pleasant, overall, it didn’t feel like good value for the price.

We booked this as a relaxing break from Istanbul’s crowds, and it was perfect. The zoo was massive and well maintained we loved the big cat enclosures. Sapanca Lake was so peaceful, and the pedal boat ride was a romantic touch. Lunch in Masukiye Village was delicious, with fresh salads and grilled meats. The cable car at the end gave us stunning sunset views. Exactly what we needed for a romantic day out.
