You're essentially paying just for transportation. Many additional activities were offered along the way, but they came with extra costs and weren’t clearly mentioned beforehand. We made several unplanned stops, and there were no actual visits to notable places. If you choose not to join the extra activities, you end up waiting around for most of the day. The overall service was of high quality. During the drive to our first destination, I suddenly had severe stomach pain and urgently needed a restroom. I truly believe they addressed all the negative feedback and improved the experience. No one pressured us to buy anything or participate in activities. At every stop, there was a shaded area to sit. They even rearranged the schedule so we could have lunch earlier and checked if we were hungry. Our hotel didn’t have parking, so the guide had to walk quite a distance to the bus. If you want to pay by card for the cable car, it costs a bit more, and the only additional fee was for the restroom at the cable car. It was a beautiful, busy day, so I don’t understand the negative reviews.

Don’t be misled by the photo it’s not a quad biking tour. You take a bus and travel about 2.5 hours to Sapanca, with several stops along the way: zoo, zipline, quad biking, a shop, cable car, and finally lunch around 5 pm. The day is quite long with a lot of travel, and each activity requires extra payment, so be prepared. Our guide was very friendly, but the journey was lengthy. Only the meal was included, which was small and had no dessert. I recommend the tour, but make sure to bring extra money.

Getting away from Istanbul for the day was wonderful. Our guide Semih and the driver were fantastic! The activities and the time given for each were just right. Lunch was a bit late, around 3 PM, so it’s a good idea to bring some snacks and water. The only downside was the restaurant where we had lunch the service was terrible, and the waiter was very rude. They brought a bottle of Coke but didn’t open it, and when someone asked how to open it, the waiter suggested using his teeth. We informed our guide, who agreed the service was poor and said the tour company would no longer use that restaurant. Overall, I highly recommend this tour.

The driver and guide were very professional. One small issue: I was initially told I would be picked up from my address, but after booking, they informed me the bus couldn’t enter my area, so I had to go to a meeting point that was a bit far from my place.

It’s important to note that the trip focuses on active activities like the zoo, zipline, cable car, quad biking, the lake, and pedal boats. In case you don’t want to do everything, that’s fine we only participated in some of the attractions. It was enjoyable overall. It’s a bit of a shame we spent only about 30 minutes at the lake, as the schedule is quite tight and there isn’t much more time available.

We enjoyed everything about the tour. The only improvement would be clearer information about some activities not accepting credit cards. The guide kindly lent us money, or we wouldn’t have been able to do the zipline. Aside from that, everything was perfect. A truly appreciated day!

The bus was too small and cramped, really uncomfortable for such a long trip. I really enjoyed the chocolate shop visit and the cable car definitely worth it. Avoid the quad biking; it’s not worth the price, same with the zipline! Also, the 12 PM meal wasn’t by a waterfall as stated, but by the sea. I didn’t get to see Lake Sapanca afterward, probably because the guide left us on our own since we didn’t understand English well, and that didn’t seem to bother him.

I enjoyed the zip line and quad biking, and there were many different activities to choose from. The guide was knowledgeable, though not very friendly. The transport was terrible seats were cramped, and the air conditioning only worked partially, making the ride hot and muggy. No water was offered to guests. Everything, including water and restroom stops, came with extra charges. Overall, it didn’t feel like a very hospitable tour or country experience.

The driving was fine and the bus comfortable. They took us to all the planned stops, which were mostly places where you’re expected to spend money but that’s common on tours, and it’s up to each person whether to spend or not. However, there were two things I didn’t like: the lunch and the quad ride. The lunch was very basic, and the Ayran drink was really unpleasant tasting like it was diluted too much. I wished we could have spent more time enjoying the nice nature there. The quad ride felt like a joke everyone sits in a line on the quads, driving slowly (about 20 km/h) up a hill on a gravel road that a bus could easily use. There was a paid photo studio at the top, but nowhere free to take pictures, so I had to sneak photos behind some sales tents. Then we drove back the same way.

I was disappointed because the advertisement and description were misleading. Right from the start, time was wasted picking up each passenger individually at their hotel. The cake factory felt like a tourist trap with no explanation, just a video. Many passengers didn’t follow the schedule and lagged behind. The guide spoke quickly and gave little information. We didn’t eat in front of a waterfall the waterfall was artificially created for photos, and access was denied unless you paid for pictures. It felt like a tourist bait with no chance to socialize with others, which was a shame. The activity photos did not match reality at all. The only positive was the beautiful scenery.

There was too much time spent on the coach. Due to poor organization, the trip lasted over 13 hours, with about 6 to 7 hours stuck in traffic. The visits to the zoo, cable car, and zip wire were good, but the Turkish delight shop felt unnecessary, and the quad bike ride was quite tame. The guide was friendly but spoke English too quickly, making it hard to understand. Lunch was served at 3:45 PM, but it should have been at 1:00 PM to avoid wasting an hour in traffic. By rearranging lunch and skipping the Turkish delight shop, the trip could be shortened by over two hours. Overall, it was good value considering everything included.

I would rate the trip 6 out of 10 based on value for money. The activities were quite pricey, and I noticed the charges for the group were higher than the zoo’s official rates. We started at the zoo, but about half the group wasn’t interested, so they asked us to get off the bus and wait for an hour . The ATV ride was a bit slow, but the views were fantastic, so I’d recommend it. Ziplining was fun as well. The food was definitely good. I just wish some activities were included in the package or that we received a real discount.

The trip didn’t meet my expectations mainly due to the weather. The pick up location wasn’t clearly communicated. The taxi driver couldn’t find the original spot, so the group leader asked me to go to a different place. I arrived on time, but the taxi fare was expensive. Our guide was okay, but since only four people on the bus spoke English, he mostly spoke Arabic instead of English. The drop off was convenient as the bus driver took us back to our hotel.

For a comfortable ride, you’ll need to pay extra for a heated bus, since the journey lasts two hours each way. Without it, the trip can be quite uncomfortable. Once you arrive, you’re on your own to arrange and pay for any activities you want to do.
