Really enjoyed the tour and thought the guide did a solid job. The only part I didn’t love was the visit to the carpet shop it felt a little pushy, like they really wanted us to buy something.

Everything on the trip was really well planned. The only hassle we ran into was having to sort out enough cash for the entrance fees, especially since we were a group of 20.

This trip was fantastic, and honestly, we wouldn’t have been able to cover as much without our guide, Okan. He really made it all possible. The transport was spotless and very comfortable. We started at Topkapi Palace, where Okan walked us through the history and handled the skip-the-line tickets for us. The palace is a must visit we saw the iconic dagger and loads of other fascinating artifacts. Okan was super considerate and tailored the tour to suit our pace. Next, we headed to Hagia Sophia, though we didn’t go inside because my son was feeling tired. We did check out the German Fountain and the Hippodrome nearby. After that, Okan brought us to Moms Garden Café and Restaurant, where we had delicious chicken kebabs. Drinks aren’t included, but the prices were reasonable. We then visited the Blue Mosque just a heads-up, women need to cover their heads with a scarf, and I’d also suggest that men wear full-length trousers. To wrap up the day, we explored the Grand Bazaar, which was a lot of fun. I’d absolutely recommend this tour to anyone short on time but wanting to see the main highlights.

Ece was hands down the best guide we’ve ever had. She was incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely kind. The only downside was that there wasn’t an air conditioned car or any car at all, actually. While a vehicle isn’t really needed for the tour, we assumed there would be one and planned to leave our belongings there, but instead had to carry everything with us the whole time.

The driver was on time, and Baris, our guide, was both friendly and really interesting. The day was well paced, and the restaurant we went to was pretty decent. One thing though I’m a bit confused about the amount I paid for the Hagia Sophia and Topkapi entrance fees because it didn’t match the prices shown on the guides.

Barış was fantastic he knew so much, and even the teens in our group stayed interested thanks to him. His way of presenting things was really enjoyable, and he made sure to answer all our questions. The sites were pretty crowded that day, but he kept us moving smoothly, and the whole tour flowed really well. I’d definitely recommend both the tour and this wonderful guide.

Barış was really knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting facts during the tour. He was also great at answering all our questions and, once he got a feel for what our group liked, he made sure to highlight things that brought the history to life. I really liked the group size, felt just right. It was small enough to get to know others, especially over lunch, but not so big that you need headsets or have to stick rigidly to the guide’s route. One thing I’d mention is that the pacing wasn’t always clear, and sometimes we took it slow near spots we later came back to, while other times we didn’t return at all. That said, I was impressed with how Barış adjusted the schedule depending on mosque opening times for non-Muslims.

This excursion is great for checking out the main sights in the city center in a more organized way, not just like regular tourists. The guide was well prepared. It was a shame we didn’t get to see the Basilica Cistern though.

Our guide Berkay was fantastic! He was really friendly, informative, and knew his stuff. Berkay picked us up at the hotel with a driver and took us to the Hippodrome. From there, we walked to all the other sites and had lunch near Hagia Sophia. It was a full day for everyone, and he even walked us back to our hotel at the end. I would definitely recommend Berkay and this tour.

We booked a tour and were really happy with it, mostly thanks to our guide. The tour was perfect, including hotel transfer and a delicious lunch that completed the experience. Other providers didn’t offer pickup from our hotel because it was outside their zone. Overall, I highly recommend this tour.

We were told the day before that we needed to get to the meeting point on foot. After going back and forth, the agency just canceled our tour, saying it wasn’t happening because of bad weather. We were only rebooked after we printed the tickets. The guide didn’t really show up and when he did, his explanations were poor. The included lunch was what you’d expect at a tourist spot, but the waiters were quite unfriendly. We ended up walking a total of 17 kilometers with no transportation provided. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it and found it too expensive. You can do this on your own, but you still have to wait in line for security. So, no recommendation from me.

We were picked up from the hotel on time and dropped off near Hagia Sophia. The driver brought us to the tour guide, who stayed with us for the next few hours. The sights were all within walking distance. For me, the time spent at Hagia Sophia was a bit too long, so we didn’t have enough time to fully explore Topkapi Palace afterwards. Lunch was good and the tour finished at the Grand Bazaar. The guide was really knowledgeable, and with our small group, the tour was very enjoyable. Overall, it was a good experience.
