This was the worst tour I’ve ever experienced. The guide wasn’t friendly, and we didn’t feel comfortable. We were taken to activities that should have been mentioned in the description and paid for in advance. The time spent at the top of Uludag was extremely brief.

The destination was great, but the guide was hard to understand. The secret stops felt like money traps for souvenirs. The quad bike experience was misleading we were promised mountain views, but ended up on rough tracks near industrial factories. The bikes were in poor condition, and the helmets didn’t fit. Two bikes broke down, and one couple had a crash, though their injuries were minor. Too much time was spent at souvenir stops, and not enough at the actual destination.

This trip wasn’t worth the hassle. It felt like the operators had set it up just to earn commissions. There were too many shop stops, and it felt like we were being pushed to buy things. Pickup was over 15 minutes late, and we had to walk like 10 minutes to the car. The bus was dirty, with used tissues and trash in the seat pocket. Our guide was rude and dismissive. Thanks to all the unnecessary stops, we only had less than an hour at Uludag, which was supposed to be the highlight. I wouldn’t recommend this tour.

Transportation was okay narrow, not great ventilation, and the AC wasn’t reliable, so if you’re wearing heavy jackets, it can get uncomfortable. Yasser, our guide, was super kind, and the driver did a great job. ATV rides in winter aren’t the best, especially if it’s wet, unless you don’t mind getting dirty. Watch out for people asking for photos they can rip you off. The cable car and open air lift were awesome. Definitely bring warm clothes, thermal gear, and gloves, or you’ll freeze. Overall, we had a good time despite a few small issues. The Roro ride back to the hotel was a great way to end the day.

The trip was incredible. Murat Özdemir was an excellent host, keeping everyone energized and well-informed at every stop. The mountains had a completely unique vibe, and the snowy landscapes looked almost unreal. The trip was excellent. It was definitely one of the highlights of my Istanbul holiday. The guide was punctual, clear with communication, and very organized. We exchanged WhatsApp numbers, and he messaged me in the morning to confirm the pickup time. We were picked up and taken to the ferry, which was a fun start to the day. After that, we went quad biking in Yalova, which was a blast. In Bursa, we visited a honey and Turkish delight store, and the guide made sure we had enough time to explore. Every activity was well organized, and the guide made sure we were all back on the coach before moving on. We had an amazing time at Uludağ Mountain, enjoyed the chairlift ride, and then took the cable cars down to Bursa, which was fantastic. The final stop in Bursa was the Green Mosque, the Green Baths, and the Sultan's house. I highly recommend this tour to everyone!

The setup was very efficient, and most importantly, Mr. Mete kept great communication through WhatsApp. The pickup was timely, and the ferry ride was fantastic. There were a few stops for bathroom breaks and coffee. There are some optional activities, but you can skip them if you prefer, as I did. We had a nice pre lunch, although lunch was a bit delayed because of all the activities. We had a wonderful time playing in the snow, and there are toilets and a mosque up there as well. Overall, it was a great experience, and both the guide and the driver were excellent. I’ll definitely recommend this to my friends back home.

In Bursa, we explored the city, visiting a Turkish Delight shop, and enjoyed a breathtaking view of the city. Although the cable car was closed, we got to enjoy a free chairlift ride, which was amazing. We had a great time in the snow. The trip was fantastic, and we had a great time at Uludag. However, we ran out of time at most stops. Given the traffic in Istanbul, I think the travel provider should have a single pick up point for everyone to meet. It was a nice day, and our guide emre was really friendly. The traffic and wait times for the buses and ferry were a bit frustrating, but that’s not the company’s fault. The mountain stop was too short. I would’ve liked more time there. Overall, though, it was a good tour and worth the money.

It was a good trip, and I appreciate being able to reschedule. Our guide, Ali, was very helpful and informative. However, the time spent at each place was a bit too short.

The trip was great, though very long, so by the end, we were quite tired. The staff were really helpful and cheerful, and Ali even made us laugh with a few jokes. The stops at the jam shop, silk shop, and Turkish delight store were nice, but a bit too lengthy they could be shortened. The 610 year old plane tree was definitely worth the visit. The cable car ride was fantastic, and we also opted for the chair lift, which was excellent.

Ali, the tour guide, was amazing. I gave 4 stars mainly because of the lunch. I’d suggest changing the restaurant and skipping one of the Turkish delight stops having two of them made the already long journey feel even longer. Overall, it was a good experience.

I had a good time and the trip was nice. However, I have two complaints. Other websites offered the same trip at a lower price than yours. Also, it was advertised as an AC bus, but there was no air conditioning.

Ali tour guide was really good. Late setting off and quite stressful with last minute meeting point changes so that we missed the lake stop. Cable car is fun and do pay extra to do the chair lift as the view is great. The green mosque is nice and I loved the giant tree. You don't really get to see anything in Bursa though and the Turkish delight factory is really a shop.

Overall, the trip was okay, but there was a lot of traveling. One thing I didn’t like was that the guide kept saying everything was cheaper in Bursa. He took us to a Turkish delight store where we thought prices would be lower than in Istanbul, but the delight was almost twice as expensive. I only realized this when I went to buy more in Istanbul after the trip.

Really great value for the money, with lots of places to visit. However, it felt a bit crammed, and some stops were rushed. The numerous shopping stops didn’t help, as they seemed more like commission based stops for the guides rather than meaningful or cultural ones. Still, it was a fantastic option for a day trip from Istanbul full and fun.

oo much time was wasted in the Turkish delight shop, the jam shop, and the Silk Market. The vendors' constant harassment made it hard to shop comfortably. We didn’t have enough time at the Green Mosque, and we missed the tree altogether. The guide was punctual and made sure we understood everything, but he could have been kinder. They also didn’t stick to the departure time and location. After waiting for half an hour at the meeting point, we had to walk to their office and wait even longer for the bus to arrive.

The ski resort was nice, and the ferry to Bursa was also interesting. However, the package didn’t feel worth it. Before reaching Uludağ, we were taken to a factory and shop. We had less than an hour at the ski resort, and there wasn’t much to do there.

The trip was long, and instead of heading straight to the mountain, the guide took us to shops where they likely get commission, making us spend 2-3 hours there. By the time we finally reached the mountain, we only had about an hour to spend. It really felt like a wasted day.

The trip was mediocre. We stopped at several tourist traps and were constantly rushed through each activity. One addition we didn’t enjoy was the mountain bike ride, which felt unnecessary and unpleasant. We would have preferred to have more time to explore Bursa. The dinner was also quite average. Besides visiting the Uludağ station, we were taken on a chairlift ride that added more time to the trip. Be prepared for extra costs or waiting while others take part in optional activities. Like 3 hour drive there and back felt like a big waste of time.

There were too many stops, mostly at stores. It would have been better if we had more time in the city of Bursa, as we didn’t get to see it as I had hoped. Instead, we spent a lot of time at the shops. The mountain ride was good, though it rained.

I found the tour exhausting, with too many unnecessary stops for shopping. The place seemed like it would be much better in winter, as there was no snow in May. I wouldn't recommend it.

To be honest, since the cable car was cancelled, the tour should have informed us earlier, at least in the morning. Also, don’t book the cable car in advance it’s a waste of money. We were promised a longer cable car ride for what we paid, but instead, we only got a very short chairlift ride.

The trip was very disappointing. We were picked up at 8 am, but delays occurred due to confusion with transport and guests. Time was wasted at the Turkish delights shop, and there were no clear instructions from the guide. The 600 year old plane tree was just a tree with no explanation. We only had one hour in the snow, but had to wait for missing guests. At the cable car station and afterward, there were no clear instructions, causing further delays. By the time we reached Bursa, it was dark, and we only saw local shops and the Green Mosque. We returned to Istanbul very late.

The hotel support was great, but things got complicated afterward. The guide was kind but seemed overwhelmed. Too many stops at small shops, and no time to visit the city of Bursa. At Uludag station, we were left alone before continuing. A lot of time spent on the bus, which isn’t ideal for those with motion sickness. Also, one of our friends needed a quick stop, but the guide had to get permission from the driver. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this excursion.

Overall, it was a bit disappointing. The hotel pickup was from the wrong location and 45 minutes late. The return trip wasn’t organized well, and the guide ended up paying for a taxi for us. With such a large group, it was hard to keep everyone together, causing delays at each stop. There were too many side stops at expensive tourist spots, and the ATV stop (not part of the original tour) was a while we missed the ferry over the Marmara Sea, which was one of the main reasons I booked the tour. Lunch was okay but nothing special, and it was just next to the main road to Uludağ. Due to bad weather, we couldn’t see much from the cable car, and it was already dark. Because of the many unnecessary stops and waiting times, we didn’t have enough time to visit Bursa or have Kebab there. We spent an entire day on the bus.

The description of the activity didn’t match reality. The day was mostly spent on the bus, with only brief stops for sightseeing. There was no ferry to Bursa, and the lunch was quite late. The snowy mountains and cable car were the highlight, but overall, I wouldn’t highly recommend this unless you’re okay with long bus rides and not much exploration.

Unfortunately, there wasn’t enough time to explore Bursa itself. We had less than an hour for the Green Mosque, and by the time we arrived, the mausoleum was already closed. The main issue was too much time wasted at the so called safari trip at the beginning. Uludag Mountain and the Green Mosque are definitely worth seeing, but the overall time management was poor. I’d recommend exploring Bursa on your own.

The trip was quite boring overall. There were too many unnecessary stops, and the additional activities really didn’t add any value. The ATV safari tour, which was not included in the original itinerary, was ridiculously expensive and completely not worth it. Instead of enjoying the actual sights, we spent so much time on these side activities that didn't enhance the experience. I felt like we could have had a much better trip if we had focused more on the actual destinations rather than these costly, unnecessary add-ons.

The only good parts of the trip were the mountain cable car ride and the Green Mosque. Other than that, it was very disappointing. The guide didn’t provide much information about the trip; he simply stopped at places and told us what they were. There were too many shopping stops, where we felt pressured to buy things. They claimed it was a workshop, but it was really just a shop selling their items. Most of the day was spent either driving or at these shopping stops. For the money, it was okay, but it felt like a complete waste of time. A whole day was spent on the bus and at shops, which many tourists didn’t enjoy. More time could have been spent at the mountains, where people could have taken nice photos.

Overall, it was just okay and could have been better. Unfortunately, our guide didn’t speak good English, and we were barely given any information aside from the next destination. The morning was a bit chaotic and unorganized. We were picked up and dropped off at different locations, not as mentioned in the booking. Too much time was spent at the Turkish Delight and Jam store, and you’re lucky if you get an hour at Uludag. Some guests were left behind at the last stop, and we only realized after informing the guide. The guide seemed distracted, almost like a tourist himself, which made the experience feel less professional. With a more competent guide, this could have been a great tour. On the plus side, communication with the provider was great.

The guide was good, but overall, the trip felt a bit dry. There was too much focus on shopping, like at the Turkish delight stop, where we thought we’d visit a factory, but it was just a bakery. It would’ve been much better if we could see how these products were actually made. Other stops were similar, all about buying things. The cable car ride was enjoyable, though. Instead of just taking us to shops, it would have been great to experience the process of how things are made that would have been something unique to Turkey. The guide and driver were decent, but they could only work with what the program offered.
