I was particularly disappointed by the tour guide's apparent lack of interest. He didn't stay with us at any of the sites we visited, offering very little explanation and spending a lot of time on his phone even while walking and answering our questions. He also took us to certain shops without consulting us. Considering the price of the tour, the experience was extremely poor.

We enjoyed a full day guided tour of Istanbul’s old city, starting with a morning at the magnificent Topkapi Palace. Afterward, we took a lunch break at a nearby nice restaurant and had a pleasant opportunity to get to know our guide and talk about modern Turkish life. Later, we visited the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Basilica Cistern each an incredible historic treasure. The tour uncovered fascinating details about this ancient city and helped us connect with its local culture. Our guide, Asli, demonstrated remarkable knowledge of the city’s history from the Roman through the Ottoman periods, making every stop both special and unforgettable.
