We had an incredible time on this tour. Our driver, Edy, was punctual and the ride was very comfortable. Our guide, Tia, was fantastic—she was extremely knowledgeable about the forest and made the hike enjoyable. Unfortunately, we encountered some rain on the way to the waterfall, but Tia and Edy were very helpful and suggested having lunch earlier, hoping the rain would ease. It didn’t, but of course, the weather is out of anyone’s control. The Balinese-style lunch was amazing. Overall, the experience was wonderful!

I really appreciate the diversity of Bali, and this tour confirmed that the island has many hidden gems. The jungle is well preserved, and the boat ride was impressive with its peaceful surroundings. There were opportunities to swim in the waterfalls, and many people took part. My guide, Putu, was knowledgeable, kind, and very attentive to our needs. I truly enjoyed my time with her and would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to explore Bali beyond the well-known spots. I also want to note that the transportation was safe and punctual.

We wanted a break from the crowds in Ubud and chose a day trip to Munduk—and we absolutely loved it. Our guide, Luhde, was fantastic. The trek to the lake through the rugged jungle was beautiful and not physically demanding. The cooler climate made the walk very enjoyable. We enjoyed chatting with Luhde as she explained the various plants, their uses, and aspects of Balinese culture and daily life.

An unforgettable day! The landscapes are stunning, and even with the crowds at the waterfalls, you can truly feel the power of nature. This region is a must-see and a perfect reason to return. Our guide, Deddy, was amazing—he treated us like friends, and our conversations about Bali, his history, and mine created a genuine connection. The Balinese lunch at a family-run restaurant and coffee plantation was delicious, with a special mention for the tortilla chips made by his mother. Deddy even gave me a scooter ride along the small roads, which felt magical. I’m usually nervous on a scooter, but I felt completely safe thanks to Deddy’s calm and kind presence.

I really enjoyed the hike through the jungle, and the canoe ride was pleasant, even though we had to wait about 15 minutes as there were other tourists in line. The food was excellent and full of flavor. For me, the waterfall was the highlight of the tour and a perfect way to end the day. We spent the day with Agung (our guide) and Putu Ricky (our driver), and both were fantastic. They spoke perfect English and shared so much about Indonesian culture, temples, and family life. The hike was easy (just make sure to wear sneakers) and offered stunning views of the twin lakes. The canoe trip was truly magical, gliding through the jungle, and both the temple and the waterfall were beautiful and refreshingly non-touristy. This activity is excellent for families with small children or older adults. It’s less ideal for anyone seeking something more physically challenging, as the pace was quite slow and the path a bit too well marked for my taste. However, the guide was very friendly.

A lovely hike with a brief canoe trip across the lake. The guides were extremely friendly, and we enjoyed some great conversations with them. The only downside was that the price felt a bit high.

The walk with Kadek was both enjoyable and educational. We learned a great deal about local plants and their uses, and had the chance to taste a variety of natural foods along the way.

The lunch was amazing, and our guide was very friendly, even bringing us water and some local pastries, which was a thoughtful touch. They were very knowledgeable about the different trees and plants. Crossing the lake by canoe was wonderful, and we really enjoyed the peacefulness after all the city noise.

The hike and lake crossing were very enjoyable, but the waterfalls felt quite crowded and touristy.

Overall, it was an enjoyable day. Our guide put in a lot of effort, and we especially enjoyed the local food. What we didn’t appreciate as much was that the experience felt very touristy, visiting all the main hotspots. However, if you enjoy that, it’s still a good choice.

The activity itself was wonderful and a highlight of our trip. We hiked through the tropical forest for at least two hours with our guide, Luhde, who explained the local flora and fauna and answered all our questions. A traditional canoe, seating four people, including the pilot, awaited us at the lakeshore, along with cupcakes and Balinese coffee. Afterward, we visited a waterfall (transportation at our own expense) and dined at a typical restaurant away from the crowds.

The guide and driver were excellent, but the experience was not worth the price we paid. What was advertised as a trek turned out to be a walk in the jungle, a short lake crossing, and a visit to a waterfall—hardly justifying the cost. I would recommend arranging this type of excursion directly with local providers rather than through the app.

We booked this activity hoping for a relaxed day without any stress. We chose to meet at the meeting point to avoid the high extra charge for hotel pickup. However, upon arrival, we were told we suddenly had to arrange our own transport between tour stops. We had not agreed to this, as we paid over 70 euros (quite a lot in Bali) for a tour that was supposed to include transportation. They initially asked for an additional 350,000 RP (about 20 euros).

I really enjoyed the guide who led us through the jungle. He was well-prepared with a rain jacket, first aid, and shared a lot of interesting information about the jungle, Balinese traditions, and culture. However, I did not like the driver—his English was poor, and I was uncomfortable with his driving. I chose the option that included lunch, but I didn’t enjoy it at all and felt it was overpriced for what was offered. I had better food at other local places. I would recommend the jungle guide, but not the lunch or the driver.

This felt like a tourist trap—overpriced and not worth the money. The guide was unhelpful, and the lunch was a complete rip-off. We could have easily done this on our own with just a driver, as there was no need for a guide who put in so little effort.
