An amazing experience from start to finish. Flying in a balloon above Pamukkale was an incredible adventure. The pilot guided us right above the ancient Roman remains and the iconic white travertine terraces. The scenery was stunning, and watching the sunrise made it even more special a fantastic way to begin the day. Although the 4:30am wake up was quite early, it was absolutely worthwhile.

We were picked up on time but then had to wait inside the car for about 20 minutes while waiting for the balloon. During that period, there was no communication about the delay, and the driver was outside chatting with others while we remained stuck in the vehicle. The balloon took off much later than initially scheduled, so we missed the chance to be in the air alongside other balloons simultaneously. The actual balloon flight is handled by a different company, which seemed experienced. This might explain why our flight was at 7 am, likely due to a double booking, as we were on their second launch of the day.
