We had an absolutely brilliant day! Mary was a fantastic guide so attentive and knowledgeable about the mountainous region. She really went above and beyond to make the trip memorable. From start to finish, Mary and our driver kept us well informed about the schedule, and the transport to Zakopane was flawless. We even got a nice complimentary snack and water on the way back to Krakow, which was a lovely touch. Mary gave us great recommendations for exploring Zakopane in our free time and happily answered all our questions even about local vodka! The views from the Gubałówka cable car were stunning, and the streets were full of charming local shops selling everything from cheese to souvenirs. It was a long day, but totally worth it. If you’re thinking about booking this trip, don’t hesitate you won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic trip to a beautiful place! I really enjoyed everything and would highly recommend it. Just a heads up: we thought we had booked all three activities, including the hot springs, but it turned out the hot springs were extra and added to the cost. It got a bit pricey, but honestly, it was still totally worth it for the experience!

The region is beautiful, but if you're already familiar with the French Alps, it's not particularly unique. The trip felt a bit rushed we didn’t get enough time at each stop to really enjoy or explore. We were told we’d be back in Kraków around 8 PM, but ended up returning closer to 6 PM. For the price, it really just covered transport, a funicular ticket, and entry to the thermal baths (which are more like swimming pools). The cheese and vodka tasting was very limited just a tiny sample and there wasn’t enough time to talk to the producers or buy anything local. It’s a pleasant outing, but not worth the cost in my opinion.

The staff were genuinely lovely and helpful, no complaints there. But the trip itself felt like a bit too much for one day. The minibus was really cramped and I’m not a large guy so sitting for 3 hours each way wasn’t exactly comfortable. Once we got to Zakopane, the time was super tight. If you plan to eat at a restaurant, you'll be rushing to get back in time for the next part of the trip. There was also a long queue for the cable car which ate into our free time. The thermal baths were a cool idea in theory, but in reality, it was just packed. Felt more like standing in warm water with a huge crowd than a relaxing spa experience. The saunas were nice, though. I think with better pacing and maybe less cramming into one day, this could be a much better experience.

Unfortunately, this trip was quite poorly organized from the start. I had to send three emails just to find out our pickup time and never got a reply. In the end, I asked the hotel reception to call the company, and even they were given the wrong information. Eventually, someone messaged me directly on WhatsApp, which felt a bit last-minute and unprofessional. We had to switch vehicles unexpectedly with only about 10 minutes’ notice. The driving wasn’t the best either the driver was texting a lot, which made us quite uncomfortable. Zakopane itself was lovely, and the cable car ride offered some great views, but the time we had there was limited. It’s a small village, so you don’t need hours, but I still felt a bit rushed overall. A trip with good potential, but the organization and communication really need to improve.
