The trip was also informative, as Bart shared interesting insights about the local culture and history, which we really enjoyed. Although there wasn’t enough snow for the snowmobiles, we got to ride quad bikes instead, which was a great alternative. The guide who led the quad bike tour was excellent as well and kindly took us up into the mountains where we were treated to a beautiful view. I would definitely recommend this company.

Our time on the Krakow: Snowmobile Ride with Thermal Pools and Hotel Pickup tour was truly fantastic, even though there wasn’t enough snow for the snowmobiles. Instead, we switched to quad biking, which turned out to be just as exciting and a great alternative! A big thank you to our instructor, Olaf (also known as Olaf the snowman) — he was friendly, funny, and very supportive. He ensured we felt safe and confident during the ride and even suggested other things to do while visiting Krakow. His approachable nature and local insight really made the experience even better. The quad biking itself was thrilling, with amazing views and a great ride through the snowy landscape. After all the action, soaking in the thermal pools was the perfect way to relax. All in all, even with the activity change, it was a brilliant experience. If you’re after a fun and memorable outing in Krakow, we highly recommend this tour — especially if Olaf is your guide!

Out of all the excursions we did while in Poland, this one was by far my favourite. It was a lot of fun and definitely worth the 1.5-hour drive each way. The mountain scenery was breathtaking. The barbecue they prepared for us was excellent, and we were fortunate to have great weather on the day. The thermal pools were a highlight — we spent most of our time in the outdoor section with the swim-up bar. The quad biking was also an absolute blast. I’d highly recommend this trip. Mirek, who guided and hosted us throughout the day, was fantastic — informative, engaging, and fun.

Simon, our guide, reached out to keep us informed about the plans. We were fortunate that snow arrived just in time, so we got to enjoy the snowmobile ride, which was incredible! The instructor who led the snowmobile tour was excellent as well. Afterward, Simon prepared hot dogs, cheese, and drinks for us himself — a really nice touch. Then we spent about three hours relaxing in the thermal baths, which was fantastic. On the return trip, the bus stopped halfway, giving us the chance to grab drinks and snacks from a nearby garage. Overall, it was an amazing day! Simon was a great guide, explaining everything we passed by and pausing at scenic spots for photos and videos. The ride back was filled with laughter and singing. I highly recommend this tour, and if you can choose your guide, definitely ask for Simon — he’s wonderful!

The best day of our entire holiday! Our guide and driver, Kamil, truly made the experience exceptional. From the transport to his impressive local knowledge, barbecue skills, and genuine, down-to-earth attitude, the day was perfectly organized. Kamil even informed me the evening before about the itinerary. The hotel pickup and drop-off service was excellent. Although it was a two-hour journey each way from Krakow, visiting Zakopane was definitely worth it. Since there wasn’t enough snow for snowmobiling, we enjoyed some thrilling off-road quad biking instead. They provided waterproof gear, wellies, helmets, and gloves, and the team looked after us really well. Meanwhile, Kamil prepared a delicious BBQ featuring Polish sausages and smoked cheese, which we really enjoyed. Later, we headed to the thermal baths, where Kamil shared useful information about the area. The baths were very relaxing and offered stunning views of the snowy mountains. Overall, it was a fantastic trip, and I would highly recommend it.

We had an amazing day trip from Krakow to Zakopane thanks to our guide Bart. He shared great stories and knowledge about Poland’s history. Though there wasn’t enough snow for snowmobiling, quad biking was still a lot of fun. The BBQ with traditional Polish food and vodka was delicious. We ended the day relaxing for three hours at Chocholowskie Termy, the largest thermal baths in Poland. Bart even made an extra stop for us, which was a nice surprise. Highly recommend this trip for a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation.

There wasn’t a single dull moment throughout the day. We were picked up right outside our hotel, and Tomek was an excellent guide. The long bus ride was enjoyable thanks to Spotify requests and lively group chats, plus stops for photos and historical insights. The snowmobile experience was well organized, and the attentive instructors made us feel safe. The bonfire was unforgettable, and the thermal spa was the perfect way to finish the day. We were out from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m., so it was definitely worth the price.

What an amazing experience. We were picked up close to our apartment by a very friendly guide named Lucio. Since there wasn’t enough snow in February, we went quad biking instead, which was fantastic, especially riding through the river. The thermal spa was incredible and even had a swim-up bar. I would definitely recommend this trip to others.

Fantastic trip with lots of enjoyable activities throughout. I did feel the snowmobiling session could have been divided by skill level since we had to go very slowly at first because the lead rider was inexperienced. Our guide Adam was excellent and made the day even better.

The snowmobile ride was enjoyable, but the trip was misleading since we never actually visited Zakopane or took part in the cheese tasting as promised. The bus was crowded with passengers who had booked different tours, including one for the Zakopane cable car. I believe a refund or compensation is warranted.
