I really liked our guide she showed us parts of Izmir’s market we would’ve missed on our own and shared interesting historical insights. The food was delicious, though I’d describe it more as authentic Turkish cuisine rather than "gourmet," which the tour title suggests. Still, it was a great way to experience local flavors.
