Kalkan Kekova Boat Trip starts during the morning. On a prescheduled time, the members of our team will pick you up from your hotel in Kalkan and drive you towards Üçağız village. The duration of your road trip will be approximately one hour and you will be travelling with a comfortable, modern and fully air conditioned vehicle. Once you arrive at the port and enter the boat, you will be impressed by its shape and size. In fact, for this amazing boat trip you will be travelling with a spacious glass bottom boat. From the lower deck, you can make use of the large windows to observe the beauty of the underwater world. For those who seek some relaxation, there are sunbeds on the upper deck for sunbathing.
The first stop of this exciting and fun boat trip is scheduled to take place at the Aquarium Bay for a short swimming session. The bay features crystal clear and calm waters that make the bay looks like an aquarium. Enjoy this scenery and swim into these refreshing waters. Another swimming break will take place at the Shipyard Bay. This location is really interesting as boat used to be built there during the Lycian period. There, you can observe some ancient ruins in the nearby area.
Kalkan Kekova Boat Trip continues towards the infamous sunken city. It is important to mention that swimming and anchoring there is prohibited. Therefore, you may observe the ruins from the glass bottom of the boat. At the same time, a tour guide will explain to you everything you need to know about the history of this sunken ancient city. A couple of other swimming stops are also included in the schedule where you can enjoy the refreshing waters of the Mediterranean Sea.
It has to be mentioned that a tasty lunch will be served aboard. Then, the boat will start sailing back to the harbour of Üçağız. A bus will be waiting for you there in order to transfer you back to Kalkan. This excursion ends during the afternoon when you are back to your hotel. Once you arrive at the hotel you will be full of great emotions and amazing long lasting memories.
Begin your day with a convenient pick-up from your hotel in Kalkan and transfer to the marina.
The first stop is at Yarilğan Bay, a tranquil spot perfect for swimming and snorkeling.
Sail towards the Sunken City of Kekova, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Marvel at the ancient ruins submerged just below the water’s surface as the captain provides fascinating historical insights.

We joined the boat tour with our two children (8 and 11), and they had a great time swimming and watching the underwater scenery through the glass. The staff were really attentive and made us feel welcome. It was a full day but didn’t feel tiring at all. Lovely way to explore the coast.

Highly recommend this tour if you're in Kalkan. It was really smooth from pick-up to drop-off, and everything felt well-organized. The sunken city was very cool to see, and I liked that they had a guide explaining things instead of just passing by. Super relaxing day.

I booked this trip on my own, and it turned out to be one of my favorite days in Kalkan. The scenery was unreal, and the boat itself was way nicer than I expected—clean, quiet, and plenty of space. Loved the swimming spots and just being out on the water all day.

I joined this trip last-minute and was so glad I did. It wasn’t crowded at all, and everyone was friendly. The guide explained just enough about the history without overloading us, and the swim stops were relaxing. A quiet, scenic break from the busy town.

We loved the route and the calm pace of the day. The water was perfect for swimming, and the views from the upper deck were incredible. Seeing the ruins underwater through the glass bottom was something we hadn’t done before—it felt like a little hidden gem of a tour.

This was a lovely day out on the water. The boat was spacious and clean, and the glass bottom made it easy to see the underwater ruins, which were fascinating. We enjoyed all the swimming stops, especially Aquarium Bay—it really does look like an aquarium! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the drive to the port felt a bit long, but overall it was totally worth it.

We did this trip with our two kids (ages 7 and 10), and it was a really enjoyable experience. The boat was safe and comfortable, and the glass-bottom feature kept the kids entertained. The water was super clear at every swimming stop. The lunch was okay, not amazing, but it did the job. A solid, relaxing day out for families.

The tour was well-organized, and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. I liked the peaceful pace of the day and the fact that the boat wasn’t overcrowded. The ruins of the sunken city were interesting, but I would’ve liked a bit more in-depth explanation. Still, the views from the boat and the swim breaks made it a great outing.

We had a great time overall. The swimming spots were amazing, and we appreciated the relaxed vibe throughout the day. The boat was modern and spacious, and the glass bottom added a cool twist. The guide was friendly but didn’t share as much info as we hoped. That aside, it was a beautiful and fun trip along a unique coastline.
