From booking to the end, everything was perfect. We reserved this last minute and Eric from the agency helped us smoothly. Our driver, Rusi, picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel, was attentive throughout, and captured excellent photos and videos. A really fun experience and highly recommended.

Great experience overall with efficient transfers. The guide was very available, though spoke limited English thankfully Google Translate helped. The safari included 3-4 stops focused on hot air balloons. We saw the sunrise, but the sun rose behind a hill, so we didn’t see it on the horizon. Still, it was beautiful and exciting to watch the balloons being prepared, take off, and land. I would do it again.
