A well oiled operation seeing as hot air ballooning is the main attraction in Cappadocia, either seeing the extraordinary spectacle from the sky or from one of the many cave hotels’ terraces in Goreme below. A truly unmissable opportunity we loved every second of our hot air balloon ride with Brothers Hot Air Balloon: a once in a lifetime experience. We were truly in the hands of the experts from take off to landing. Don’t expect real champagne on landing though it was more like fizzy apple juice pleasant nonetheless! Thanks also to Hande at Excursion Mania Turkey for organising the logistics of our trip. However, there are so many balloon companies there and you may be able to negotiate a better price with them than what we paid.
