Riding ATVs through the canyons while following hot air balloons was an incredible experience. Pickup was smooth, and the host made the whole adventure enjoyable. We had lots of time for photos, both at takeoff and when the balloons passed the best viewpoint in Love Valley.

We shared a vehicle, and I even found the confidence to drive which I absolutely loved! The trail was quite manageable, with only a few gentle hills. If you happen to get stuck, the guide will come back to assist you. They also sell face covers to protect against dust and provide a hair net and helmet for safety.

Our route took us past some incredible rock formations. Our guides gave us plenty of time to soak in the breathtaking views. Riding back through orchards and small farms felt like a safari, but instead of animals, we were surrounded by balloons. It was the perfect way to begin our anniversary. Our guide picked us up on a quad when there were only two of us, but then around 20 quads followed in a single line, moving very slowly at about 10 km/h with no chance to speed up while others enjoyed themselves beside us. The ride at the bottom was nice, but we kept stopping every five minutes to get off and admire the scenery, including one 15 minute break just to take in the view. At one point, two guides took two people for a dune ride, leaving us waiting on our quads for 30 minutes. At the end, they dropped us off at the bottom of the street since the large vans couldn’t go up, with barely a thank you or farewell. We had expected a very different experience.

I highly recommend this experience, and make sure to choose the sunset option since it takes you to the top of a mountain to watch the sun go down it’s absolutely stunning. Everything about the tour was fantastic, easily one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone involved was kind, helpful, and ensured our safety throughout.
