I was picked up right on time and then collected other passengers from different locations. The boat trip itself was enjoyable, and since it was the off-season, it wasn’t very crowded. The guide spent less than half the time with our group because there were two buses, and the other bus took him away early. There were many steps leading down to the boat, and the last ten lacked any handrails, which made it tricky. The crew spent about 30 minutes helping people fish, but I stayed on the boat enjoying the sun instead. Lunch involved a fairly long and sometimes steep walk to the dining area, with some people stopping for breaks along the way. The meal offered was fish or chicken with spaghetti, plus salad served in a separate queue, followed by a complimentary drink. I found a table with another lady. Unfortunately, the chicken was lukewarm, and parts of the spaghetti were burnt. I tried a bit but couldn’t finish it. Compared to other tours I’ve taken where the food looked great, this was disappointing. I had missed breakfast that day, so luckily I had bananas with me. Additionally, the dining area around the food, especially near the cooked dishes and salad, was quite dirty. Given the price, I expected a much better experience. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this particular tour.

The scenery was beautiful, and there were opportunities to swim in the lake. The food was decent, and overall it was a pleasant trip. For reference, I’m a 40 year old father who went with my wife and child. I would recommend this tour mainly for families, but it might not be as appealing for younger people.

Everything about the trip was excellent. Our guide was friendly and very helpful, and the boat captain kept us entertained throughout. The boat ride was beautiful, and we really enjoyed the swimming breaks. Lunch was delicious and served in generous portions, plus we were pleasantly surprised to have free drinks available all day. The excursion company we used was disappointing. The minibus was uncomfortable with poor air conditioning. The boat trip was crowded and not very exciting. The bar was poorly stocked, and there wasn’t a proper fridge to keep drinks cool. Swimming time was limited to about 20 minutes, and there was no wildlife to be seen in the canyon. The meal at the restaurant was just okay, and we only received one free drink. Afterward, we were taken to a shopping outlet that seemed connected to the tour company, but prices were overpriced and the toilets were in poor condition. Overall, I don’t think it was worth the money.

The views were incredible, and the food was among the better options I’ve had on a tour. Drinks were included throughout the trip. My only concern was that people smoked during the entire boat ride, and there was music playing nonstop. This made it hard to truly enjoy the natural sounds except when we stopped to swim. The swimming spots aren’t suitable for non swimmers, but life jackets are provided for safety.

The boat trip was fantastic, and we really enjoyed it definitely planning to do it again. The only stressful moment was on the way back when we got lost trying to find the bus stop. Our bus driver had already left, which caused quite a panic. Thankfully, our tour operator Mete helped us find our way, and the driver returned to pick us up.

The excursion was very well organized, with Mete providing clear information about the start and pick-up times. Throughout the trip, Mete regularly checked in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The driver and guide were excellent, making the journey comfortable and enjoyable. We made several interesting stops on the way to the canyon, including a visit to an orange farm where we enjoyed fresh and delicious orange and pomegranate juice. The highlight, Green Canyon, was stunning and definitely made the tour worthwhile.

To start, the van had very poor air conditioning, which made the 3 hour journey uncomfortable no stops to stretch or grab a drink either. Despite the itinerary stating there would be a dam stop, we were taken straight to the boat, which was already quite full, so we were squeezed in with little space. The boat ride itself was beautiful, thankfully, and there was a photographer on board taking lovely photos at a fair price. A major downside was the lack of an English speaking guide, so we couldn’t understand any of the commentary during the trip. There was only one swim stop, which was enjoyable but lasted just 30 minutes. After sailing a bit more, we were dropped off for lunch. The food was delicious, but drinks were not included. Although the tour description said we would sail back to the original point, that didn’t happen the trip ended after lunch, and we had to endure another 3 hours in the hot van. Overall, considering that the actual tour lasted less than five hours, it felt overpriced for what was offered.

This was the most disorganized tour I’ve ever been on. It started two hours early, and if I hadn’t checked the night before, I would’ve missed it. The contact number was useless, and no one seemed to know who I was. I was even charged for things that were included until they figured it out. The tour listed two activities, but we ended up doing ten. It lasted 13 hours instead of eight, with no time to rest. The van had no proper AC, and they opened the door to cool us down, which just blew dust inside. The boat ride, the main feature, was short and underwhelming. Stops along the way had dirty paid toilets and forced paid activities. The food was awful. Pickups were a mess, taking three hours just to gather everyone. At the mosque, we were left alone, then shuffled between groups unnecessarily. The staff were polite, but the management was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this tour at all. Thankfully, the next day’s tour with another company was amazing and made up for this disaster.

We had a great time thank you, Mete! Green Canyon is an absolutely incredible spot. The tour lasted about 4–5 hours, including lunch, where we could choose between fish or meat. We also enjoyed swimming and a bit of fishing.

Pickup from our hotel was perfectly on time, and on the way to the boat, we learned some local history from the guide. Cruising through the canyon was spectacular, with a short stop for swimming and fishing. Lunch orders were taken in advance, with choices of grilled fish, chicken, or meatballs, plus a salad bar and vegetarian options. Soft drinks, coffee, and tea were included on the boat and at the restaurant. It was a perfect day out—thanks, Yusuf, for making it so easy.
