A few key details to keep in mind: The zoo visit begins around 1:30 p.m., so arriving earlier allows more time to explore the terrain is hilly, so comfortable walking shoes are a must. Unfortunately, our late start meant we couldn’t see everything at a relaxed pace. Our guide, was both friendly and highly organized, making the tour enjoyable. The bus and metro ride back was convenient and hassle free.

Our guide Marco was absolutely excellent truly top tier. Unfortunately, the weather was miserable with heavy rain, leaving us drenched by the time we reached the zoo. While conditions improved later, many animals remained out of sight. Another frustration was the stroller policy being barred from indoor exhibits with a stroller felt unreasonable and nearly made us cut our visit short. On a positive note, the zoo’s stunning hillside setting gives it a wonderfully authentic, natural atmosphere

Given that we booked multiple tours with this company, better flexibility (such as rescheduling options) would have demonstrated basic customer care. The lack of transparency and contingency planning is unacceptable for a professional service. Future customers should be wary of these operational shortcomings
