The basic package we chose was excellent, and while they politely offered upgrades, there was no pressure when we declined. The experience began wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable until we had to wait for the final oil massage. The manager repeatedly pressured us into additional treatments, commenting on my acne and comparing Norwegian prices. We politely declined. During the massage, he interrupted at an awkward moment to critique my weight, claiming I’d retain fluids and develop cellulite without extra services. Again, we refused. He then turned to my partner, insisting his back issues required urgent treatment and pushing for a follow up visit.

Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The only slight drawback was the sauna temperature it wasn't quite hot enough for proper sweating, though I suspect this was because it's off season in Turkey and they were likely conserving energy, which I completely understand.

In traditional Turkish baths, it's customary for women to be attended by male therapists and men by female therapists. They kindly offer tea during your visit, along with optional upgrades should you want additional services. Go with an open mind!

The staff were both highly professional and wonderfully accommodating they even went the extra mile to make our 3 year old daughter comfortable by providing WiFi for her tablet. Our package included a 20 minute oil massage, but we upgraded to an additional 90 minutes, which was absolutely worth it. Booking through Excursion Mania was seamless, thanks to our advisor Eric, who promptly answered all our questions via WhatsApp.
