I chose this service based on the many five-star reviews, but my experience was unfortunately very disappointing. Upon arriving in Antalya, there was no driver waiting for me. A kind local helped by calling the company and was told a driver would arrive in 10 minutes. However, 20 minutes went by and still no one showed up. Further attempts to contact the company were ignored. When the driver eventually arrived, there was no apology or explanation. On our departure day, we followed the company’s instructions and waited in the hotel lobby at the specified time. Again, no one arrived, and my calls were declined. Overall, I was really let down by the lack of communication and reliability. While others may have had better experiences, mine was far from what I expected. Book with caution.

Overall, great value for the price. Mete maintained clear and helpful communication throughout the process. The vehicle was ready on time, except for a short 15-minute wait upon our arrival in Antalya. The minibus used for both legs of the journey was a bit dated, but still comfortable. One thing to be aware of during the drive, there's a scheduled stop at a rest area. It appears these stops are coordinated with acquaintances of the drivers, and while the drivers themselves aren’t pushy, the vendors at these rest areas can be quite persistent. I would definitely book with this company again, but I’d avoid making purchases at the rest stops.
