This was a really interesting experience, especially if you speak Czech, unfortunately, we don’t. The pickup instructions were pretty confusing, mentioning a few different spots like Hilton Old Town and a metro station. The best way to find the place was actually by the exact GPS coordinates. Luckily, the driver called us and told us to meet him at Cyber Empire just around the corner. It’s about an hour’s drive out to the countryside to get to the chateau and restaurant. The tour guide there was very knowledgeable and also led us through the brewery tour. The dinner show was entirely in Czech, so it was hard to follow, but the performers were really talented and entertaining. Some of the skits were hilarious even without understanding the language. The food was excellent and there was plenty of beer. At the end, the driver took us straight back to our Airbnb.

I took a business client to visit Detenice Castle, the brewery, and a medieval pub. The castle itself is stunning, and the tour was both interesting and entertaining. The brewery visit was hands-on, and the local beer tasting was excellent. In the evening, we went to a nearby medieval pub where the food was delicious. The waitstaff’s service was unique, they spoke in a fun medieval style that really added to the atmosphere. The highlight was the medieval show, featuring a fire eater, jugglers, beautiful belly dancers, and more. It was an unforgettable experience.

We booked this experience because we had a free evening in Prague and wanted to do something special. I’m really glad we found this great mix of a trip outside the city, a tour of a beautiful castle with lovely interiors, a visit to their own castle brewery, and then a fun medieval dinner show. Everything went smoothly, the guide was very friendly and spoke excellent English. The bus was comfortable and had a restroom, which was a big plus, especially after all the drinks at dinner. Getting back to Prague by 10 pm even gave us time for a nice evening walk after all that food!

The guide knew a lot, and the restaurant had a really authentic vibe, you truly felt like you stepped into medieval times right from the entrance. The food was delicious, and we really enjoyed the shows throughout the evening. We even ended up dancing with the performers. Definitely recommend it!
