The bath itself was quite enjoyable, but the way guests were welcomed and handled could have been better. Waiting for over half an hour before being taken to the sales office to be pressured into additional treatments was frustrating. Once past that, the rest of the experience was pleasant.

This isn’t a full two-hour massage. The two hours include pick-up and drop-off, and the massage itself is only one hour, with just 15 minutes of actual oil massage. The Turkish bath and sauna take up most of the time. The Hammam massage was very brief, around 4–5 minutes.
