Our departure was significantly delayed due to only one tuk-tuk being available instead of the expected three. While the ride and the guides’ explanations were enjoyable, the overall information provided was rather limited.

Fantastic experience! Besides visiting all the main sights in Belém, we also toured other parts of the city. The guide was knowledgeable and entertaining, and Belém itself is absolutely beautiful. We didn’t go inside any monuments due to the long lines, but that was our plan anyway—plus, we did get to enjoy the famous pastries! Important Tip: Lisbon has two cruise ports, which we didn’t realize. We requested a pickup at the cruise port, but weren’t asked for our ship name. As a result, our Tuk Tuk driver went to the other port. Luckily, we were able to contact him, and he reached us within 20 minutes. The driver and the tour company were very kind, didn’t charge extra, and made sure we didn’t lose any tour time. However, Get Your Guide should definitely ask for the cruise ship name to avoid this in the future.

The driver never showed up. We waited for 30 minutes only to find out they couldn’t be located. The tour provider needs to ensure they work with more reliable drivers—this was a complete waste of our time!
