Our guide was fantastic, making the entire day very enjoyable. The driver was polite and kind, and the pickup was right on time and went smoothly. The van we traveled in was exceptionally comfortable, with great air conditioning and cozy seats. We spent the whole day with these two gentlemen, and they allowed us to stop whenever we wanted for snacks or bathroom breaks, although stops were planned roughly every hour. Our guide had extensive knowledge about all the sites we visited. Lunch was a buffet with plenty of options. We highly recommend both the guide and this trip.

The tour was very enjoyable, and we got to see all the main sights. The only downside was that Cleopatra’s pool was closed, and I wish we had been informed about this when booking. It’s probably better to avoid visiting during the peak summer months since it gets quite hot. Our guide was always friendly and kind throughout the tour.

I was truly impressed by the Pamukkale trip. The terraces and thermal waters were stunning, and Hierapolis was equally fascinating. Our guide Kaan was wonderful friendly, humorous, and explained everything clearly without ever being dull. The only drawback was the long, tiring return trip with many stops, which was tough since we were already tired. Still, the tour was absolutely worth it, mainly for the incredible scenery. I highly recommend it!

We had a great day with Angel, who gave us a guided tour of Hierapolis before allowing free time to enjoy the hot springs. On the return trip, she made a stop so we could take in a panoramic view of Antalya. The entrance fee was included in our ticket, though you'll still need to pay the guide on site for access. The scenery was stunning, and we had two 15 minute breaks one on the way there and one on the way back to stretch our legs or grab a drink from a small shop.

Inci is an excellent guide with deep knowledge and very good English something you can’t always count on in Turkey. However, I believe she could have really shown the full extent of her expertise if we had been given three hours in Hierapolis instead of just 1.5. The extra time could easily have been gained by shortening two of the earlier stops (perhaps 10 minutes instead of 25) and significantly reducing the time spent at the jewelry store, where most visitors didn’t make any purchases. We spent around 35 minutes there, which felt unnecessary.
