Our guide Kaan was knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire tour. He provided detailed information about Turkey’s history and explained everything clearly at Pamukkale. Unfortunately, we couldn’t visit Cleopatra’s antique pool because it was closed for construction.

Cleopatra’s pool was closed, which was a bit disappointing. I wish we had been informed beforehand. The bus had minimal air conditioning, and the seats were quite cramped. The buffet was very basic, and the extra drinks, especially the water, were not refreshing. Despite that, the site is very beautiful, and I recommend visiting.

Our trip was very well organized, and our guide Ali was extremely kind, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire day. Lunch was a decent buffet and included in the tour, but drinks were not, and they were quite overpricednso I’d recommend bringing your own water. The only reason for giving 4 stars is that I would have appreciated more detailed explanations about the ancient arena, thermal pools, and museums.

When we arrived in Pamukkale, the guide gave a quick overview of the main sights and then left us with 2.5 hours of free time definitely not enough to fully explore the area. On the return trip, we stopped for lunch at a large, “very Turkish” restaurant. The guide only shared the most basic information, such as how long we had and where to find our bus.

The trip was quite long, and the 3 hours break in Pamukkale wasn’t mentioned beforehand. The guide had difficulty managing the group, as some people were consistently late. The rest of the program was explained very briefly. The lunch buffet was good, and during a 40 minutes stop, there were opportunities to buy merchandise and souvenirs.

We had a fantastic day on the tour and really enjoyed ourselves thanks to our guide! The pick-up was punctual, and everything was well organized. It was quite chilly early in the morning since our pick-up was at 4 AM and the temperature was around 9 degrees. Our guide was excellent and made sure we had a great time. He was even kind enough to buy a souvenir for me and my friend when we didn’t have any Lira with us such a generous gesture! Pamukkale is definitely a very Instagram worthy destination!

This was an ideal day trip. Our guide was very knowledgeable and made the entire day enjoyable. While Pamukkale is nice, it doesn’t quite match the photos the water flows in just a small section and isn’t as blue as it looks in pictures.

Our guide was excellent and had extensive knowledge about the region’s history. The trip was well-planned, involving quite a bit of travel, but with scheduled breaks to make the day easier. The main attraction was the highlight of our tour. The hot springs were also stunning and perfect for taking photos.
