Embark on a captivating journey from Porto, where you will have the opportunity to cross one of the longest suspension bridges in the world and walk along the stunning Paiva Walkways. Our excursion begins with a brief stop in Arouca for a coffee break and restroom facilities before continuing towards the renowned Suspension Bridge, which spans an impressive 516 meters and hangs 175 meters above the Paiva River. This peaceful walk will lead you to the Areinho-Vau section, where you can immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the region.
Following the walk, we will enjoy a delightful lunch featuring a variety of options, including fish and vegetarian dishes. Afterward, a relaxing drive will take us to Costa Nova, a picturesque fishing village renowned for its vibrant, striped houses.
The day continues with a visit to Aveiro, often referred to as the “Portuguese Venice.” Here, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the charming city center, take some leisure time, and enjoy a scenic boat trip through the canals, offering a unique perspective of the city’s stunning architecture and tranquil waterways.
