City of Side: Turkish Maldives Suluada Boat Tour w/ Lunch

It was a pleasant experience, though quite crowded with many tourists. For the price, it's worth it to visit the beaches, but in the Turkish Maldives, we spent only about 40 minutes, and there were large crowds all trying to take photos.

We had a wonderful time on our boat trip to Suluada. The trip included three great swim stops, a meal, and tea, all at a very reasonable price. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially since our son has a disability. They made sure he had a buoyancy aid, which allowed him to swim in the Mediterranean for the first time from the boat. The views were stunning, and as an added bonus, we even spotted a flying fish.We were staying in Kemer, and the transfer to the boat took about an hour by minibus, with a stop both on the way there and back. The weather was perfect, and the boat had both a sun deck and ample shaded areas. Just be aware that the beach wasn’t private there were several other boats around at the same time.

The communication before the trip was also great. The transfer took a bit longer than expected, around 1 hour 40 minutes, which made for a long day. However, it was definitely worth it and great value for the money.

The excursion was enjoyable overall, but unfortunately, even though it was off-season, the bus ride was too long around 1.5 hours, even though we were staying in Kemer and there’s a port closer by. Our pick up was scheduled for 7:30 AM, but we ended up leaving at 8:45 AM, which meant a lot of wasted time. We also had to wait for about an hour on the boat before departure, which was a bit disappointing. On a positive note, the snorkeling spot was great, and the meal served was excellent. We returned to our accommodation around 5:15 PM.

A bus picked us up from our hotel in Beldibi and drove us to Adrasan, which took about an hour. Once we arrived, we boarded a beautiful boat with a friendly crew. We sailed to several beaches, each offering great swimming spots. While the beaches can get crowded at times, the experience is definitely worth it. The boat itself was spacious, with comfy mattresses for relaxing, and there was plenty of shade to keep cool. Lunch was provided, and drinks were available for purchase.
