Famous the world over our dance troupe of 120 dancers performs this spell binding show in the amazing setting of the Gloria Aspendos Arena. This evening of culture and unique entertainment will take visitors back to the days of the Turkish Sultans. Each dance recreates a historical story of this area’s hugely colourful past. The Fire of Anatolia is the brainchild of renowned Turkish choreographer Mustafa Erdogan. Back in 1999 Erdogan began auditioning dancers to star in his legendary performance. Of 750 dancers that were selected for auditions only just over a hundred made the grade. The whole process to perfect the show was a complete labour of intense love for Erdogan and the team and took 1 and a half years to complete. Since then the show has toured the world and has had great success in places like China and the USA. It is even in the Guinness book of records holding 2 separate world records. This is a great night out for everyone, young and old.
The Fire of Anatolia celebrates the rich historical legends of the area. Through the medium of dance and music, visitors will learn about the great stories of old that have made Turkey the place it is today. The fire is a reference to the fire that rises from the mixture of love, cultural history and peace. This is an emotional show that will carry the audience on the rhythms and movements of the performers. It is one thing to learn of these historical myths and legends through a guide but to see the tales told through this particular medium is a completely different and truly memorable experience. You tour includes entry to the impressive Gloria Aspendos Arena and dinner is also included. You will be collected from your hotel at around 5pm and transported to the arena. You will also be returned back to your hotel after the performance. The show begins at around 9.15pm, you will enjoy dinner beforehand and there is a 15-minute break for refreshments half way through the show. We expect to have you back to your hotel around midnight.

Our friendly, local driver will collect you from your hotel at about 5pm. Please remember to bring a camera with you to take some snaps of the performance. During the cooler months it is a good idea to bring a jumper and also be midful that if we have had a rain shower the seats may be wet so some people like to bring a rain coat or cushion for more comfort.
