Upon arrival at the station, a professional paragliding pilot offers an important and detailed briefing. During the briefing you will receive information about how paragliding works and about the safety procedures. After that, you will wear your safety equipment which is attached to the one that the pilot wears. Once ready, you will start running for few meters towards the ends of the cliff.
Without even noticing it, you will start flying! Since the very first moments of your flight, your mind will be free, able to release the pressure and get the positive energy.
