We’ve done the Captain Bullsh*t boat trip twice now in August 2024 and again in April 2025 and both times were perfect! Crew are friendly, professional, and really go out of their way to make sure everyone has a great time. The itinerary is well paced with plenty of swim stops, paddle boards always ready to use, and allocated sunbeds so the boat never feels crowded. Excellent food and great value drinks packages too. Highly recommended we can’t wait to do it again.

We loved this excursion so much we booked it three times! The boat is clean and tidy, the staff are super helpful, and the owner’s wife speaks English. The alcohol package was excellent, with local beers, wine, spirits, and cocktails. The food was delicious. There were five swim stops and an hour at a shopping village in Turunc. We even saw dolphins, turtles, and flying fish! On the way back, the staff got everyone dancing and singing. A perfect day of relaxation and fun.

My girlfriend and I, both in our early 30s, took this boat trip after it came highly recommended and it truly lived up to the hype. Even though we were just a five-minute walk from the harbor, they still insisted on picking us up to save time. Just a few drinks and you've already gotten your money’s worth, even before considering the stunning spots they take you to. They served a tasty meal onboard on par with what we'd usually pay £10 for in town but included in the price. We genuinely couldn’t figure out how they even made a profit. We joked that if we weren’t staying all inclusive, we’d do this trip every day to save money. The boat is run by a family, and everything runs smoothly. Mel, an English woman with 26 years of local experience, led the trip and made us feel truly looked after. She answered all our questions and took a real interest in us as well. Having worked in boat excursions in Spain myself for 14 years, I was amazed at how upbeat and friendly the crew remained, especially so late in the season. They also offer a market stop during the trip, which was helpful though the market isn’t amazing, it’s worth ticking off the list. As someone picky with food and drink, I appreciated the additional snacks and drinks available at fair prices. Honestly, if anyone complains about the price or experience, they probably shouldn’t be traveling at all. We went on this trip on our second to last day and only didn’t repeat it because we had another tour booked. Otherwise, we’d have definitely done it again. Friends we met at the hotel, who’ve tried ten different boat trips in Turkey, said this one was their top choice.

My family and I have visited Icmeler many times, and every time we make sure to book this boat trip as soon as we arrive. It's a fantastic day out the boat departs in the morning and returns late afternoon, with several swim breaks, a longer stop for lunch, and a final stop at a local town full of shops. The drink packages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are great, the food is tasty, and the crew is super friendly. They provide flotation noodles and life jackets for those less confident in the water, and there’s even a platform for jumping into the sea great fun. We’ve been going for years and wouldn’t change a thing. They also run other tours, like the jeep safari, which I’d recommend checking out.

We were picked up from the main office and brought to the dock, then boarded the boat and were given our own sunbeds for the day. The trip included several swim stops and a visit to a market. There were plenty of chances to swim and snorkel, plus a short stop at Turunç where we browsed a few shops and had something to drink. The boat seems popular with both English and Turkish guests, as it’s run by a mix of both. Lunch was a simple but tasty plate of pasta and chicken. If you're staying in Içmeler or Marmaris and want something chilled and budget-friendly without the party atmosphere, this is ideal. Great for families too. You can sit in the sun on the top deck or relax in the shade downstairs.

Everything was included – meals and drinks – though there were a few optional extras if you wanted something extra. The boat itself was spotless and well taken care of, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We stopped five times four of those for swimming and one for a short town visit. What made it even more special was that the staff found out it was my daughter’s birthday and surprised her with a cake. Mel made sure everyone celebrated with her, which was such a lovely touch.

The boat was clean and well-maintained, but by the time we boarded, most of the sunbeds had already been taken apparently reserved for those who booked directly with the owner. There was a constant attempt to upsell food throughout the trip, and with kids, it’s tough to decline, which made the day quite pricey. The cheesecake might look appealing, but the taste was very disappointing. Also, some people struggled to get into the sea because the steps were quite slippery and unsafe, so take extra caution.

Smooth and quick transfer from the hotel to the boat. The vessel was spotless, including the toilets, and we appreciated having an English speaking host. With three levels, our group of 11 enjoyed having the rooftop area to ourselves. It was a particularly hot day, so some shaded spots would’ve helped. There were three swim stops, one of which was extended for lunch. The meal included freshly grilled BBQ chicken, shish kebabs, pasta with tomato sauce, and salad simple but tasty. Drink packages were clearly priced.
