The whole day was amazing! Eric kept us well informed beforehand, including details about our pickup and a time change. The bus driver was super helpful, especially with our older family members. Everything was spot on! Easy pick-up right outside our hotel, with a quick stop for shopping and a bathroom break. The instructions at the site were clear and available in several languages, including German. Our boat guide was hilarious, making the trip really fun. The views were amazing, and there was plenty of action, though it did get pretty wet. I wouldn’t recommend this for kids under 7 or 8 since the water is quite cold. Overall, we had a great time and felt safe throughout. Highly recommend this tour!

The organization was really poor, they lost a bag and even left a couple behind. We ended up waiting ages for the buses to get sorted. The buggy ride lasted about 20 minutes, but it was very slow, and they stopped for 5 minutes. Not impressed.

We had a really fun day with a 90-minute drive from our hotel to the canyon. It started a bit hectic because some groups were just doing rafting, while we had the 3-in-1 combo: buggy safari, rafting, and zipline. Captain Malik was fantastic and made us feel really welcome. The buggy ride was enjoyable, though they didn’t provide goggles or dust covers (you can buy them though). The rafting lasted about 2 hours over 11km, with lots of fun water fights between boats and a nice snack break halfway. The zipline was okay, then we had a late lunch around 4pm before a sleepy ride back. All in all, a great day packed with fun!
