I recently took a pirate boat trip in Alanya and overall it was an enjoyable experience. What stood out to me were the three swimming stops during the trip. It is perfect for anyone who loves swimming and wants to cool off in the clear water. Soft drinks and water were included which was really appreciated on a hot day. If I had to point out one downside it would be the food. It was a bit average but honestly I expected that given the price. Overall it is a fun way to stay active and refreshed while on vacation.

Great atmosphere and the kids really enjoyed it. It says 6 to 7 hours but it was actually closer to 4 hours on the boat, which was plenty of time. Lunch was okay. Soft drinks were unlimited and self-service, so no waiting in line. Alcohol, ice cream, and other extras cost extra, but that’s expected for about £16 for adults and £11 for kids. If you don’t want to pay for extras, you don’t have to.

Brilliant day out. We had a group with ages ranging from 10 months to over 50 and everyone had a great time. Elif was fantastic and made sure we were always informed and helped whenever we needed. Definitely worth the money. I’d happily recommend it and would do it again.

The experience didn’t live up to expectations at all. The soft drinks were low quality and the prices for snacks and drinks were too high. Instead of a buffet, food was handed out in small portions. The entertainment was disappointing, and the swimming stops weren’t very interesting. There was no kids’ entertainment, even though we were a family group. The trip lasted under four hours, not the 7.5 hours advertised. We paid full price for nine people and booked a so-called luxury package, but it felt like a rip-off. The whole thing felt overpriced and lacking care. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We had a great day out. We hoped to snorkel and see some fish but didn’t, though that didn’t spoil the fun. We stopped to swim four times, and the kids loved jumping off the boat. Life jackets were available for anyone who needed them. The cave views were nice, and the cliff divers added a fun touch. The tour was really good. The guide on the boat was great and explained a lot. There was plenty to see and lots of time to swim at different spots. Life jackets were available to rent on board. The food was good, and the foam party with dancing was fun. However, souvenir photos and ice cream were way overpriced definitely felt like a rip-off, so it’s worth trying to negotiate. The transfer to the boat was a disaster. There were more people than seats, so I had to sit on the floor near the door with no air conditioning. No drinks were provided on the bus, and the driver wasn’t very thoughtful. We didn’t take the transfer back because we chose to explore Alanya instead.

I can say the staff and food deserve five stars though. One more thing if you pay days or weeks ahead, your seats should be reserved somehow, otherwise you just sit wherever there’s space, if any at all.

The trip lasts six hours, but most of that time is spent driving back and forth, with swimming only in the harbor. The caves are neither shown nor mentioned during the excursion, which makes the description completely misleading. The languages spoken on board are Turkish, Russian, and English. The German language option is misrepresented and does not match what was advertised.
