Drinks and ice cream were on the pricey side, so I’d recommend going for the soft drink option. The captain took the time to chat with us, and he was very friendly and humorous. Lunch was chicken thighs, couscous, and salad, which was quite enjoyable. The beers were served ice cold, and the foam party was fantastic; my kids loved it. I have no complaints.

We were really disappointed with how we were treated on the boat trip. From the beginning, one employee told us to sit in certain seats, but later another employee demanded we move, even though the new seats weren't suitable for our family (some of them had asthma). He became aggressive, saying the boat was his and we had to listen to him. After we refused to move, he took our table and ignored us throughout the trip, helping everyone but not us. He was rude to my mother and aunt during lunch, laughing at them. On the way back, the same employee ignored us and blocked our view while we were taking photos. We felt really mistreated and unfairly treated, even though we paid the same price as everyone else. The whole experience was very upsetting.

I took my teenage daughters on this day trip to get away from the resort, and overall it was a pleasant experience. When we arrived, the staff questioned my daughter’s age because she looks older, and they insisted an adult must be with her or we would have to leave the tour.Aside from that, the trip was enjoyable. There were great chances to jump into the sea and swim, with life jackets available for those who needed them. The lifeguards were attentive and quick to respond when the water got a bit rough, keeping everyone safe.The food was simple but okay, with chicken, salad, and rice. There was quite a bit of upselling during the trip. The foam party was a nice touch, making it an overall good boat trip.

We booked a luxury boat trip with an "open" buffet, but unfortunately, we didn’t receive what was promised. We had the same experience as everyone else, which was quite disappointing. Although our hotel was close to the harbour, we weren’t familiar with the area or which boat to board, so we opted for the transfer option provided. However, on the day of the trip, the transfer only involved one of the staff members coming to collect us, and then we had to walk. Given the circumstances, we believe we should be refunded the difference.

We were picked up from the hotel at the scheduled time. When we arrived, we boarded one of the ships (there were several, probably around 10, so it's unclear how they decide which passengers go on each one as they were all quite different). Once we got past the initial roughness of the ship, we had a fantastic time. The captain was entertaining and spoke some English, resembling a modern-day pirate. There was even a real pirate and parrot on board. We made stops at a few different locations for some relaxing swims. Drinks were included, and you served yourself from large bottles into cups, while the food was decent—chicken, salad, and couscous. Given that they were catering for around 70 people, they did an excellent job. After the boat trip, we took a taxi back to the hotel. The only issue we had was with the return taxi, as there were more people than expected, and a couple of guests couldn't get on. Overall, it was a wonderful day.
